Bonita Springs gets overlooked. Naples has the glitz, Fort Myers has the buzz, and Bonita just quietly sits between them making some of the best coffee in Southwest Florida. From a specialty café pulling world-class pour-overs to a coffee shop where you can flip through vinyl records while your Colombian beans brew, the coffee shops in Bonita Springs punch way above their weight.
We’ve been sipping our way through this town for a while now, and these seven local spots are the proof. Whether you’re a Bonita local, a Naples neighbor, or just passing through on Old 41, here’s where to find the best coffee in Bonita Springs.
The Warehouse Cafe
The Warehouse Cafe on Bonita Beach Road is built around a simple idea: coffee tastes better with community. This spacious café serves third wave coffee from a private roaster, made with high quality single origin beans, plus house-made syrups, fresh-baked pastries, and made-from-scratch meals with clean ingredients.
The space itself sets it apart. Comfortable seating, private meeting rooms you can book by the hour, and an atmosphere that invites you to actually stay a while. The açaí bowls are a favorite, the matcha lattes are excellent, and if you see the lavender orange syrup on the menu, say yes.
Our go-to: A matcha latte with lavender orange syrup and a build-your-own açaí bowl.
Wolfmoon
Right on Old 41 in downtown Bonita Springs, Wolfmoon is part coffee shop, part bakery, and fully one of the most reliable stops in town. The latte game here is strong year-round, but the seasonal menu is where they shine. Their gingerbread latte around the holidays is worth planning a morning around.
It’s the kind of downtown spot that works for everything: a quick iced latte before the beach, a pastry-and-coffee catch-up with a friend, or a slow weekend morning watching Old 41 wake up.
Our go-to: Whatever seasonal latte is on the board, hot or iced depending on the Florida forecast.
Downtown Coffee & Wine Company
The OG of the downtown Bonita scene. Downtown Coffee & Wine opened in 2019, back when historic Old 41 was just starting its comeback, and it’s been the neighborhood’s living room ever since. Husband and wife team Brandon and Kate built exactly what the district was missing: specialty coffee in the morning, wine and charcuterie at night, and a mostly outdoor, pet-friendly patio that nails the street café feel.
The coffee is locally roasted, the cold brew is a staple, and the avocado smash with cherry tomatoes and sprouts has its own fan club. Come at golden hour and switch from lattes to a glass from the rotating wine list.
Our go-to: A lavender latte outside in the sunshine, and a smoked salmon bagel if we’re hungry.
Vichino’s Cafe & Wine Bar
Family-owned Vichino’s on U.S. 41 might be the hardest working café in Bonita Springs. By day it’s a coffee shop pouring small-batch, locally roasted espresso, with a bakery case of made-in-house cinnamon rolls, stuffed bagels, and cookies that have earned a genuinely devoted following. By night it transforms into a wine bar with tastings, live music, and themed events.
The pistachio latte is the order everyone talks about, and for good reason. Pair it with a cinnamon roll (the maple bacon version, if it’s available) and you’ll understand why this place wins awards for more than just its sandwiches.
Our go-to: The pistachio latte and a warm cinnamon roll. Come back on a wine tasting night.
Black Sheep Coffee
The newest heavy hitter in Bonita Springs, and possibly the most serious about the craft. Black Sheep opened on Old 41 in 2025 with a founder trained as an SCA-certified barista under a mentor ranked among the best latte artists in the world. The result is specialty coffee Bonita Springs didn’t know it was missing: expertly pulled espresso, pour-overs from top-tier roasters, nitro shots, ceremonial matcha, and even a matcha affogato.
The bright, minimalist space is welcoming rather than intimidating. Baristas prepare your drink right beside you instead of behind a tall counter, there are table games to borrow, and dogs get water bowls and treats. Coffee nerds and casual sippers are equally at home.
Our go-to: A pour-over from whichever guest roaster is featured, plus the matcha affogato when we’re feeling fancy.
Cali Coffee
Sometimes you need great coffee without leaving the car, and that’s where Cali Coffee comes in. This Florida-founded drive-thru brand opened its Bonita Springs location off Bonita Beach Road near I-75 in early 2026, bringing its signature lineup of customizable coffee drinks, infused energy drinks, shakes, matcha, and teas, with zero-sugar options across the menu.
It’s fast, it’s fun, and it’s open early until late, which makes it the commuter hero of this list. There’s limited outdoor seating if you want to stay and sip, but the drive-thru is the move.
Our go-to: The Beverly, or a customized cold brew when we’re indecisive.
Disco Bean Coffee Company
The grooviest coffee shop in Bonita Springs, full stop. Disco Bean on Bonita Beach Road pairs Colombian specialty beans with vinyl records and retro vibes, so you can dig through crates while your latte comes together. It’s a coffee shop, a record store, and a time machine all in one.
The coffee stands on its own, but the experience is the point. Bring a friend who swears they don’t like coffee shops and watch them change their mind somewhere between the espresso and the B-sides.
Our go-to: A Colombian pour-over and twenty minutes in the record bins.
The Bottom Line on Bonita Springs Coffee
For a town this size, Bonita Springs has a coffee scene that big cities would envy: world-class specialty coffee, a drive-thru for the morning rush, a wine bar café doing double duty, and a record store that happens to pour excellent Colombian beans. The next time someone calls Bonita a drive-through town between Naples and Fort Myers, send them this list.
