I stopped in with my foodie friends @coraincolor and @whatsupfortmyers, and let’s just say… we pretty much tried the whole menu. The flavors were incredible, and the atmosphere was just as vibrant as the food. With a sleek modern interior, upbeat music, and a full bar, it’s the perfect place for a fun night out, whether it’s a date night, a girls’ night, or a casual dinner with friends.
Tokyo Nikkei’s menu is packed with creative dishes that blend Japanese precision with Peruvian flair. We started with the Avocado Tartar and Causa Nikkei topped with Tuna, both bursting with fresh flavor. The Bao Buns with Pork Belly were melt-in-your-mouth good, and the Ceviches—from Salmon in Yellow Aji Cream to Fish & Octopus in Three Ají Sauces—were an explosion of citrusy goodness.
For entrées, the Lomo Saltado stole the show, but the Tokyo Duck and Salmon Tokyo were just as impressive. And don’t forget dessert! Favorites like Cuatro Leches and Chirimoya were the perfect sweet finish to a flavor-packed meal.
