This local hotspot is serving up big energy, big flavors, and one seriously massive burger that’s become a fan favorite. I stopped in with my foodie friends @coraincolor and @tasteofswfl to take on the not-so-mini Mini Monster Burger, and let me tell you, it’s no joke.
This tower of flavor features three layers stacked high with two pounds of short rib and chuck burger, melty pimento and American cheese, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and a mountain of fries on the side. It’s the perfect dish to share with friends — or, if you’re feeling bold, to conquer solo.
Just in time for the big game on February 9th, The Mini Bar is offering $3 beers, $10 Tito’s cocktails, and an epic Mini Monster Food Challenge — finish it in 15 minutes or less, and it’s free! With plenty of TVs, great food, and an electric atmosphere, this is the perfect spot to watch the game and cheer with your crew.
Don’t skip out on their signature drinks either. Try the CBD Lavender Spritz or CBD Island Punch for something refreshingly different. And for apps? The Wicked Awesome Pretzel, Snapper Bites, and Ceviche Tostada hit all the right notes.
