Every Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM – 3 PM, The Beacon hosts their brand-new Penthouse Brunch, serving up a menu filled with brunch favorites and creative dishes that pair perfectly with a mimosa (or three). The rooftop setting offers some of the best views in the city, making it the ultimate spot to relax, catch up with friends, and soak in the Fort Myers sunshine.
We had the chance to check out their new Penthouse Brunch menu during its kickoff event, and it did not disappoint! The Lemon-Poppyseed Pancakes were hands-down my favorite, with a light and zesty flavor that hit all the right notes. The Steak and Eggs came in a close second — perfectly cooked and hearty enough to fuel your weekend adventures.
For those nursing a “late night,” the Hangover and Chilaquiles are sure to bring you back to life, while lighter bites like the Parfait are perfect for a guilt-free brunch moment. And, of course, no brunch is complete without a round (or two) of Mimosas to toast the view.
