If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind farm-to-table dining experience in Southwest Florida, then Blossom & Brie in North Fort Myers should be at the top of your list. I was invited to check out this new dining destination, and let me tell you — Chef @wesley_erahbnz delivered an incredible four-course meal paired perfectly with wines from @muramura_farm.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning — warm, welcoming, and filled with rustic charm. You might recognize it as the former home of Rosy Tomorrows Heritage Farm, but it’s been beautifully refreshed by a new husband-and-wife duo who’ve brought their own creativity and passion to the space. Their goal? To celebrate fresh, local ingredients and create memorable dining experiences that capture the true spirit of farm-to-table living.
Every dish told a story, from the Tuna Tartare and Bruschetta starters to the Prosciutto-Wrapped Greens and Fennel, Cucumber & Orange Salad that highlighted bright, seasonal flavors. The Beef Carpaccio and Hudson Valley Roast Duck Breast were melt-in-your-mouth perfection, and the Prime Strip Steak was as rich and flavorful as it gets.
And of course, dessert was the cherry on top — a smooth and creamy Star Anise Ice Cream that was just the right mix of sweet and unexpected.
Beyond the food, Blossom & Brie is quickly becoming a local favorite for private dinners, weddings, and special events. They also have plans to introduce hydroponic farming, expanding their commitment to sustainability and freshness.
