If you’re looking for the best waffles in Southwest Florida, look no further than Bullig, located in the heart of Downtown Fort Myers. This cozy café has become one of my all-time favorite breakfast spots, and honestly, it never disappoints. Whether you’re craving something sweet, savory, or somewhere in between, Bullig has a waffle (and a latte) for every mood.

The smell of fresh espresso and waffles hits you the moment you walk in, and the vibe is just as comforting as the food — warm, welcoming, and perfect for brunch with friends or a cozy solo breakfast.

The secret behind Bullig’s amazing waffles? A family recipe passed down from their grandmother, made with love and perfected over time. Every bite is crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor.

Their homemade peanut butter is another reason to visit — it’s rich, creamy, and pairs perfectly with just about everything.

We ordered a few of their signature items, including the “Ok Dad, Here It Is”, a savory favorite loaded with flavor; and the “PBJWABC..D..E..F..Oh Whatever”, which combines peanut butter and jelly in the most creative (and delicious) way possible. To top it off, we had the Dirty Bee Latte, which was perfectly sweet, smooth, and gave just the right caffeine kick.
