After hearing rave reviews from @capecoralkate, I finally stopped in with @whatsupfortmyers to see what all the buzz was about — and wow, the hype is real. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm, modern ambiance that sets the tone for an elevated yet welcoming dining experience.

A Feast of Flavor: From Apps to Desserts 

We kicked things off with a trio of appetizers that blew us away: the Beet Salad, Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, and Tuna Crudo — all beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I’ll admit it — I didn’t expect to love the beet salad so much, but it was incredible.

Then came the stars of the show — the Gnocchi, Rigatoni, and Spaghetti alla Vodka. Each pasta dish was a masterpiece, with rich sauces, perfect textures, and that melt-in-your-mouth quality that makes you fall in love with Italian comfort food all over again.

Chef @chefjohnhill stopped by to chat about the dishes, and it’s clear that his passion for food runs deep — from the ingredients to the cultural inspiration behind each plate. Every dish tells a story, and you can taste that creativity and care in every bite.

Of course, no meal is complete without dessert, and @chefjessicashoemaker absolutely nailed it. We tried the Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream, Affogato, and the childhood favorite Cookies & Milk, which was simple, nostalgic, and absolutely perfect — Santa himself would approve!

To top it all off, the cocktails and wine list are just as impressive. The S’mores Old Fashioned is a must-try for anyone who loves a creative spin on a classic.
