True to its name, The Food Twister serves up wild fusion dishes that blend comfort food with bold creativity. It’s the kind of place where every bite feels like a surprise in the best possible way.

When they invited me out to sample their menu, I didn’t know what to expect — but wow, they blew me away. The portions are huge, the flavors are insane, and the creativity is off the charts. Whether you’re coming solo or bringing friends, you’ll want to show up hungry because this spot doesn’t hold back.

Massive Portions, Mind-Blowing Flavors & Mojitos That Hit the Spot 

We kicked things off with one of their fresh-made Mango Mojitos, packed with chunks of real mango and bursting with tropical flavor — seriously refreshing and dangerously good. Then came the Holy Macaroni, which was next-level crazy: deep-fried chorizo mac and cheese, topped with sweet fried plantains, pork, and roasted garlic marinara sauce. It’s the kind of comfort food you dream about.

Then there was The Vortex — packed with pork and yuca, wrapped tight in foil, and cooked to perfection. Finally, we tackled the Twisted Burger, piled high with smoked bacon, melted cheese, and their homemade BBQ guava sauce that’s so good it deserves its own bottle.

You’ll find this hidden gem at the corner of Lee Blvd and Harold Ave N in Lehigh Acres, open Tuesday to Thursday from 3 PM – 10 PM and Saturday & Sunday from 12 PM – 10 PM. It’s surrounded by other awesome food trucks too, so you can make a whole night of it!
