@tarametblog and I stopped in to check it out, and from the moment we walked in, we were transported to a cozy Roman café. The space is modern yet warm, filled with the sweet smell of freshly baked bread and espresso.

We started with Lattes and a Sfogliatelle pastry — a flaky, shell-shaped treat often called a “lobster tail” here in the States. Filled with creamy ricotta, it pairs perfectly with your morning coffee and instantly gives you that “breakfast in Italy” feeling.

Next up were the sandwiches — and wow, they’re as delicious as they are beautiful. The Small Brioche Sandwich with egg, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, and arugula was light yet flavorful. But the real showstopper? The Prosciutto di Parma Focaccia, which hit that perfect balance of salty, savory, and soft.

And because no Italian outing is complete without dessert, we finished with Tiramisu and Pistachio Gelato — smooth, rich, and refreshing (especially in that Florida heat).

Open 8 AM to 11 PM daily, Bontà Bakery makes it easy to enjoy something tasty any time of day — whether it’s a coffee in the morning or a scoop of gelato after dinner. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to recommend their favorites, making every visit a warm and welcoming experience.
