Owner and baker Jessica Natvig has mastered the art of crafting small-batch, preservative-free sourdough that tastes as good as it looks. Each loaf is made from scratch using just a few simple, wholesome ingredients — organic, non-GMO flour, water, and salt — and naturally fermented to create that signature tang and fluffy texture we all love.

I had the chance to try three of her signature loaves: Traditional Sourdough, Garlic & Herb, and a Cinnamon-Sugar Raisin Swirl that might just change the way you think about bread. I’ve never had a “dessert-style” sourdough before, but let me tell you, spread a little cinnamon butter on it, and wow — it’s an instant favorite for breakfast or an afternoon treat.
