Get your engines revving, because Ford’s Garage in Estero, Florida just rolled out their brand-new Savor the South Menu, and it’s packed with big flavor and even bigger portions. I teamed up with my burger buddy @whatsupfortmyersto take this limited-time menu for a spin — and let’s just say, it did not disappoint!
This Southern-inspired lineup brings comfort food classics with that signature Ford’s Garage twist. From crispy chicken sandwiches to rich desserts, it’s the kind of meal that’ll make you want to loosen your belt and smile.
We kicked things off with the Southern Fried Chicken BLT, which was stacked high with crispy chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and a tangy sauce that tied it all together. But the real heavyweight champion was the Bacon Mac Steaksandwich — loaded with tender steak, smoky bacon, and a fried mac and cheese patty that could easily be its own meal.
And if you’ve got a sweet tooth, the Bourbon Pecan Pie is the grand finale you didn’t know you needed. Sweet, nutty, and just the right amount of bourbon kick — it’s truly the star of the show.
