Taza Café

If you’re looking for a cozy new coffee spot with big flavor and friendly vibes, then you’ve got to check out Taza Café in Fort Myers, Florida. Tucked away off U.S. 41 near Edison Mall (in the same plaza as El Patio), this hidden gem is serving up fresh coffee, pastries, and hearty lunch plates with a delicious Latin twist.

I stopped by to see what the buzz was about and was greeted by the smell of freshly brewed coffee and the warmth of great hospitality. Their menu features a mix of Argentinian and Peruvian-inspired dishes, made fresh daily — and you can really taste the love in every bite.

Great Coffee, Homemade Pastries & a Cozy Vibe

I started my visit with a plain latte, which was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced — complete with some lovely latte art (a nice touch!). The barista recommended I try one of their homemade pastries, so I ordered a facturas and a pastafrola, both of which were incredible and made right in-house.

For lunch, I went with the La Nona Chicken Sandwich with fries, and let’s just say I didn’t need dinner that night — the portions are generous, and the sandwich was packed with flavor. Whether you’re stopping by for a morning coffee, a sweet treat, or a full meal, Taza Café hits the spot every time.

They also use beans from @javadorogourmet, a local Cape Coral roaster, which makes the experience feel even more community-driven. Between the friendly staff, warm atmosphere, and flavorful food, Taza Café is definitely a new favorite in Fort Myers’ growing coffee scene.
